TuneCraft: Automation & Site Cleanup

Atlassian bills Jira automation by the step, and Jira refuses new configuration once a space or a field reaches its limit. TuneCraft finds the automation steps you pay for and do not need, builds the corrected flow for you to import, and shows what on your site is unused or close to a limit.

TuneCraft is not on the Atlassian Marketplace yet. It will be a paid app with a free trial.

What it does

Two kinds of work in one app. One licence covers every tool.

Automation

Reads your exported flows in your browser and finds those that spend more steps than they need or are broken. Each finding gives its fix and the steps a month it may save, then the corrected flow is ready to import. A later upload proves the saving.

Usage and alerts

Runs and steps a month from Jira's audit log, kept for 400 days, this month's forecast against your allowance, and a Jira work item at 80% and 100%.

Jira's limits

How close each space and scheme is to the limits Jira enforces, with the day a limit would be reached at the current pace.

Fields and labels

Custom fields nobody uses and copies of a field. Labels that are copies, with rename, merge and remove across work items.

Spaces, filters and dashboards

Idle and empty spaces with the flows still running there. Filters with broken JQL or a deactivated owner. Dashboards nobody uses.

Schemes

Work types, priorities, resolutions and link types that nothing uses, and where each group and role is granted.

A check before every change

Before TuneCraft changes anything, it shows which flows use the object. You confirm, the change is recorded, and it can be undone where Jira allows.

Honest numbers

Every number says whether it was measured, read from Jira or from a file you scanned, or estimated by TuneCraft from your flows and their runs.

Your data stays in Atlassian

TuneCraft is built to Atlassian's Runs on Atlassian requirements. There is no Plugincraft server in the middle.

  • Stored in your Jira siteScans, findings and settings live in Atlassian's Forge storage, in your site's data residency location.
  • Nothing leaves AtlassianThe app makes no calls to outside servers. It has no analytics and no tracking.
  • Flow text stays in your browserAddresses, headers, email addresses, JQL, smart values and other free text in a flow become placeholders in your browser. TuneCraft keeps only the flow's structure and counts.
  • Logs without contentApp logs hold ids, counts and error codes, never flow text, names or emails.

Details are in the privacy policy and the Trust center.

Availability and licensing

TuneCraft is not on the Atlassian Marketplace yet. It will be a paid app with a free trial. During a trial, the Optimize page corrects one flow, chosen by the app. Without an active licence, scanning and reports are locked.
